The End Is Near

View of the Eiffel Tower on our walk to the grocery store.
Isaac and I made a final trip to the grocery store, mostly to get treats to take back to Utah.  It has been nice to have a grocery store right across the street (although we found a store a few blocks away that we use more often).  I won't miss having to carry everything home.  This time I ran out of room in the bag and had to stuff a few things in my purse.

I am not going to miss military time.  The only time I like it is between midnight and 1:00 (which we saw most days since we were on a horrible sleeping schedule).  In the afternoon it always took me a second to subtract 12 and figure out what time it was.  It was especially bad after daylight savings before we changed the clocks when I had to subtract 12 and then add 1.

Ugh, packing!  Packing to leave is as much of a pain as packing to come.  We had to buy another bag to get everything to fit.  Stupid souvenirs.
